If you are not satisfied with quality of your flowers or if the flowers are damaged when they arrive, please call Customer Service at (888) 820-4970 within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. You will be requested to email 3-5 digital images of the flowers to firstname.lastname@example.org. After receipt and review of your images, we will contact you and send replacement flowers or issue a refund, if deemed appropriate.
If you, the customer, do not report the damaged or insufficient product within 24 hours of delivery receipt, you are assuming approval of the delivery.
